SRINAGAR, May 9: The Government of UT of J&K has re-constituted a committee for the transfer of about 234 kanals of land at brick and tiles factory in Pampore area of Kashmir to J&K Industries.
An order issued by GAD today said that in supersession of the Govt order No. 1355-JK (GAD) of 2023 dated 8-11-2023, the sanction has been accorded to the re-constitution of committee headed by Administrative Secretary, Home Department for settling the issue of transfer of 234 kanals of land at brick and tiles factory, Pampore from J&K Projects Construction Corporation Limited to J&K Industries Limited and settlement of compensation on account of assets and liabilities of JKPCC.
While Administrative Secy Home will be the Chairman of the committee, the other members are-Administrative Secretary Finance Deptt, Administrative Secy Industries and Commerce, Administrative Secy Revenue Deptt, Administrative Secretary PW(R&B), Admn Secy Law and Justice, Managing Director JKI Ltd, MD J&K SICOP and MD JKPCC.
