SRINAGAR: The State Government has released an amount of Rs 13-crore for the procurement of foodgrains for Kashmir as well as Jammu migrants.
An official spokesman said here this evening that this decision has been taken on the directions of the Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari.
The amount has been placed at the disposal of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner and is in addition to the already released funds for food grains totaling Rs 26.26-crore. (AGENCIES)
