JAMMU, Apr 6: The State Government has issued orders sanctioning prosecution in respect of three public servants namely Ghulam Mohammad Dar, the then Junior Assistant Tehsil office, Pulwama, Revenue Department, Mohammad Aslam, the then Technical Assistant JE Panchayat Halqa Gurrekrah Tehsil Gandoh District Doda and Punjab Singh, the then Gram Sewak Panchayat Gurrekrah for commission of offences, punishable under the Section 5(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Prevention of Corruption Act.
