JAMMU, June 7: The Government today terminated the services of Dr Naiyma Choudhary, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, GMC, Kathua for un-authorised absence of duty since March 30 last year.
An order to this effect was issued by Principal Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, M K Dwivedi here, today. The order said that despite being served several notices to join the duty the incumbent did not respond the same nor resumed her duty and the Department under Article 128 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations has terminated her services with immediate effect.
