JAMMU, Apr 29: The Government today appointed an Inquiry Officer (IO) to conduct Regular Departmental Enquiry against the then CEO Doda.
An order issued in this regard read, “sanction has been accorded to the appointment of Dhirender Sharma, Joint Director, Education, Udhampur/Reasi as Inquiry Officer and Rajesh Kumar, Personal Officer in the office of Director School Education Jammu as Presenting Officer to conduct regular Departmental Enquiry against Mohammad Ayaz Mughal, the then CEO Doda.”
As per the order, the IO shall submit his report within a period of 10 days along with specific recommendations from the issuance of the order.
