JAMMU, Sept 10: Maharaja Hari Singh Vichar Manch (MHSVM) today demanded the State Government to fulfill the long pending demand of the people by announcing September 23, the birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh, as a State holiday.
The demand was raised during a meeting of the Manch held here today under the chairmanship of Advocate BS Jamwal (chairman of the Manch) to review the arrangements of celebration of birth anniversary function of Maharaja Hari Singh.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Manch along with his team pledged to carry forward the ideology of Maharaja Hari Singh for the betterment of the common man.
