JAMMU, Sept 12: Seeking strict implementation of Government order against off campus degrees, president of SEECC and Incharge School Education Forum Jammu, Amar Nath Thakur has demanded verification of degrees, diplomas and certificates of all employees in different department.
State Government must constitute expert departmental committees to verify genuineness of degrees, diplomas and certificates of all employees of all departments of the State to curb this menace and to provide justice to genuine degree holder employees, he said in a statement.
He alleged that the fake degrees chaos took place due to wrong policies and corrupt practices of Governments since 1990 till date.
He also urged Commissioner Secretary School Education to implement SRO 481 of 2010 dt.30.12.2010 in letter and spirit to regularize all incharge officers/Lectures of the department to provide speedy justice to them.
