Govt using official machinery in polls: Bhim

REASI, Nov 28: Chief patron of National Panthers Party  Prof. Bhim Singh today accused the State Government for violating Code of Conduct and using Government machinery, officials and money in the election campaign of NC-Congress candidates.
Prof. Bhim Singh was accompanied by Syed Rafiq Shah, MLC & President of Young Panthers and party candidate, Anita Thakur in the election campaign. On the other hand, Harshdev Singh, MLA and Chairman of the party and Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA, president of the party accompanied by Panthers Party another candidate, Mohd. Rafiq Chandel toured several areas in Udhampur, Samba and Jammu districts.
Prof. Bhim Singh, Syed Rafiq Shah and party candidate  Anita Thakur addressed the Panchs and the Sarpanchs at Buddhal (Rajouri), Chassana, Mahore, Reasi and Talwara this afternoon. Prof  Singh appealed the Sarpanchs and the Panchs to defeat the coalition candidates in the election to teach NC-Congress a lesson for depriving the Panchayat of empowerments.
The Panchayat Empowerment Committee also appealed to the Panchs and the Sarpanchs to support the Panthers Party candidates so that Panthers Party is empowered to raise the issues of the Panchayats.
