NEW DELHI, June 4: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today assured the people that he would try his best to fulfil their aspirations.
Talking to reporters in Parliament, the Prime Minister said his government’s endeavour would be to rise upto people’s expectations.
He said the people had voted in “unprecedented numbers” and “blessed” their representatives and elected the 16th Lok Sabha.
“Today is its first day. I assure the people of this country that in this temple of democracy, every effort will be made to meet the hopes and aspirations of the common man of India. My best wishes to fellow Indians,” he added. (UNI)
