JAMMU, Apr 15: The State Government today assigned additional charge of various departments to three IAS and one KAS officers besides relieving Raj Kumar Goyal on his appointment in the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
Consequent upon his appointment as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, GoI, Goyal (IAS of JK cadre: 1990 batch), was relieved today by the State Government to join his new place of posting.
According to a separate order, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, shall hold the charge of Commissioner/ Secretary, Information Department, in addition to his own duties, while Rigzin Sampheal, Commissioner/ Secretary, Tourism, shall hold additional charge of Commissioner/ Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, till further orders.
Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, shall hold the charge of Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, in addition to his own duties till further orders, relieving Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/ Secretary, Labour & Employment Department, of the additional charge of the post.
Zubair Ahmad, Secretary Cultural Department, shall hold the additional charge of Secretary, Technical Education till further orders.
