JAMMU, Oct 15: The Government today ordered that Raj Kumar Goyal, Financial Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, will discharge functions of Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations in addition to his own duties.
“This will be an interim arrangement till further orders,” an order issued by the Government said.
