Graduate Enggs take up issues with Advisor

JAMMU, Dec 20: Graduate engineers’ joint delegation from Civil, Electrical and Mechanical cadre projected their pending issues before the Governor’s Advisor and committee under him here today.
The delegation led by heads of each wing of the JAC, including Farooq Ahmed Ganie (CEGA), Harvinder Singh (JKEEGA) and Firdous Ahmed Bhat (MEGA) met the State Govt employees Service Grievance Committee headed by its Chairman, K K Sharma (Advisor) at the Convention Centre Canal Road here for the resolution of the pending issues of the engineering fraternity.
The major issues taken up before the Advisor included, issuance of SRO for the Assured Career Progression Scheme, speed up the process of regularization in all departments at all levels of engineering cadre, implementation of Pay Grade of Rs 4260 in favour of JEs, enhancement of field travel allowance from Rs 30 to Rs 5000 per month, revival of Stores Procurement Department (Mech) and maintenance of Centre cadre of engineers.
Senior members Pirzada Hidayatulla, Deepak Gupta, Sunil Gupta, Mohd Yousuf, Rajinder Sharma, Vinod Trakaru, Arush Mahajan and Abhineet Gupta also accompanied.
