Grameen Bank celebrates 5 years of Digital India

JAMMU, July 2: J&K Grameen Bank (JKGB) has been aggressively building up its digital infrastructure and is widening its digital domain at an alarming pace.
This was said by JKGB Chairman, Janak Raj Angural during a programme to celebrate 5 years of Digital India.
He hailed the customers and staff of the bank on digital achievements and expressed gratitude to the sponsor Bank/NABARD/RBI/NPCI for their support in accelerating digital realm of the bank.
A handout stated that JKGB is providing almost all the latest digital services to its customers.
JKGB has been providing digital services since March 2014 and since then has been continuously adding all the new digital trends available in the market.
The handout further stated that the digital services being offered by the Bank include RuPay Debit Cards (Debit / KCC/ PMJDY), SMS Alerts, NEFT, RTGS, PFMS, eCOM/ POS, POS Machines, Mobile Banking, BHIM UPI and USSD.
Moving on, JKGB shall persist on its way on flattering a digitally advanced Bank in future also through the launch of various upcoming projects and initiatives such as Micro-ATM equipped with AEPS/eKYC, BBPS, Branch IMPS etc.
