REASI, Apr 9: The SDM Mahore has ordered suspension of an employee of Rural Development Department for alleged misappropriation of MGNREGA payments.
The accused employees, namely Qayoom, Gramsevak Larh, was also allegedly demanding bribe from the villagers in form of construction material for his personal residence besides misappropriating MGNREGA payment.
Acting on complaints in this regard, SDM Mahore Yasir Choudhary has placed the said Gramsevak under suspension and further ordered that his salary shall remain withheld till the completion of investigations into the complaints.
