KISHTWAR, Dec 26: A warm farewell was accorded to honor the exemplary 33-year career of Dr Mohd Yaqoob Mir, Chief Medical Officer of Kishtwar, who is retiring from the service on attaining the age of superannuation.
The farewell function, held at TRC Kishtwar, saw a gathering of approximately 100 attendees, including colleagues of Dr Mir, family and friends. Several distinguished speakers shared their thoughts on the occasion, acknowledging Dr Yaqoob Mir’s dedication.
As a gesture of appreciation, gifts were presented to Dr Yaqoob Mir at the conclusion of the program, symbolizing the community’s gratitude for his significant contributions to healthcare in Kishtwar.
