JAMMU, Aug 25: Marking the culmination of their month long RJ Hunt event titled ‘Mike Ka Lal Season 2’ at Hotel 17 miles, BIG FM station Jammu organised a scintillating evening of music and entertainment for the Jammuites.
The FM station’s mass appeal among the people was evident with the huge presence of people from all walks of life.
The show started with RJ Manhas and RJ Pallavi introducing the audience to the six finalist of the Hunt. It was shared that the RJ Hunt received an overwhelming response with more than 1000 entries received from the youth and the finalist were selected after a series of auditions judged by renowned Rangyug director, Deepak Kumar.
The audience was enthralled with Dogri songs performed by Suraj Singh, a well known singer of the State, which was followed by a mesmerizing and captivating performance of the well known Punjabi singer Nachhater Gill. A volley of songs sung by him ‘Akheenya Cha Paani’, ‘Sheesha’, ‘Tu Joothi Hai’, among others stuck an immediate cord with one and all present.
Sarang Vaid was adjudged the winner of the ‘ Mike Ka Lal Season 2 RJ Hunt’ and was gratified by none other then Nachattar Gill and all the sponsors of the event.
