JAMMU, Feb 10: The Committee of Mata Triporsundary in its meeting held under the leadership of its convener H N Tiku here, today decided to construct a grand temple of Mata to have an easy approach for the darshan of the auspicious relic of the deity.
Mr Tiku said that Mata Triporsundary who is the presiding deity of Tikus, Munshis and others are also celebrating Tickchoram on February 12 and it this connection a Maha Yagya will be performed at K P Sabha Ambphalla. The Havan will culminate with Puranhauti in the afternoon which will be followed by serving of Prashad to devotees.
