Sir,
The Governor’s Grievance Cell in a daily newspaper have claimed that out of 19033 complaints received by them they have disposed of 18443 complaints including pending grievances of the outgoing State Government. 288 complaints are pending with them.
My query to the Grievance Cell is whether they are in a position to confirm that out of these 19033 complaints how many have been resolved/ redressed to the satisfaction of the complainants.
Merely forwarding the complaints to the concerned department and seeking their reply or observations and passing on the same to the complainants does not confirm whether the grievance stands resolved/ redressed.
Moreover it has been observed that after seeking the reply of the concerned department there is no scrutiny of the same to asertain whether the reply is in confirmity with the grievance lodged.
To substantiate my view point complaint no. 999000835056 and complaint no. 999000827584 lodged by me against JMC has not been resolved even after a period of six months despite of protracted follow up with the Grievance Cell, besides mails sent to the former CM and the Governor.
I seek clarification regarding the aforementioned complaints.
