GRP Katra returns mobile phone sets to owner

KATRA, May 23: By handing over two mobile phone sets to the concerned owner, GRP Katra today claimed to have set an example of honesty and integrity.
During the routine checking of trains at Railway Station Katra,  Police personnel found these unattended mobile phones sets having cost about Rs.30,000 (Samsung Galaxy J7 & Samsung J7)  from Train No. 16031 (Andaman Express).
After taking the mobile phones into its custody, Police made announcements in this regard at Railway Station Katra following which the owners namely Hakim Singh of Rajasthan approached the Police Station.   After proper verification and completing all the legal formalities, the mobile phones were handed over to the owner.
