DODA, Jan 1: A Gram Rajgar Sevak (GRS) died under mysterious circumstances at his residence in Tantly Bisran area of Block Changa, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Muzzaffer Ahmed, son of Showkat Ali Rather, a resident of Tantly Bisran in Block Changa, District Doda.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Gandoh Police in this regard.
