Gupta convenes public grievances redressal camp

UDHAMPUR, May 30: In order to provide better governance and to reach out to the people, Minister of State for Finance and Information Technology, Pawan Gupta convened a public grievances redressal camp at Dakbanglow, Udhampur, here today.
Various deputations of Jib, Thathi, Kambal Danga, Jakhard, Seenthakrain Upper, Sui,  Satani, Sayal areas of the Udhampur were present on the occasion  and apprised the Minister about the problems being faced by them.
While speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gupta said that government is committed to provide basic facilities to the general masses. In this regard he gave necessary instructions to the concerned officers present on the occasion. He exhorted upon the officers to work with dedication and sincerity to redress the public grievances.
Mr. Gupta assured the people for the redressal of their genuine problems in a time framed manner.  He said that    every possible step would be taken for the fulfillment of their demands.
Among others, Assistant Commissioner Development Dhananter Singh, Executive Engineers, PHE & PDD, Executive Engineer, Technical Rural Engineering Wing, Assistant Director Planning, Block Development Officers were present in the meeting.
