Gupta inaugurates works in Jammu West

JAMMU, Aug 19: State president, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF), Anil Gupta today inaugurated the work for construction of bathrooms, compound wall and allied works at Crematorium (Shamshan Ghat), Gole Panjpeer  in Ward No 32 of Jammu West Constituency, in presence of  senior citizens, local residents and  JKDF activists.
The work is being carried out by Jammu Municipal Corporation with the funds provided from CDF of MLA Jammu West, Prof Chaman Lal Gupta on recommendation of Anil Gupta. A sum of Rs 7,29,000 stands released from CDF of MLA Jammu West for the above said work.
Anil Gupta has been active in supporting the developmental activities in whole of the Jammu West Constituency which includes the renovation and construction works in various schools, community halls, lanes, drains, rotaries etc.
While interacting with the people and senior citizens, Gupta took stock of the developmental activities being carried out in Jammu West Constituency and also asked for the feedback from the general public.
Speaking on the occasion, Gupta said, “Beautification and public convenience facilities at such places is more important as it keeps environment clean and give a good feeling to the people who are accompanying the human bodies during their last journey in this world”.
It will be our endeavor to complete all the pending works and also to fulfill the other demands related to development of Jammu West Constituency by projecting the same on appropriate platforms and authorities, he told people.
