Gupta lambasts opponents

Jammu, Dec 7: Rajesh Gupta tears into his opponents saying that they would not be seen in the constituency after the elections are over as none of them belong to Jammu East. My generations have lived in this area and would continue to do so and all those who have been implanted here may not be aware of the topography of the area even, he said while addressing an election meeting today.
Well attended meetings were organized at Ware House, Bawe Wali Gali, Prem Nagar and Rajput Sabha Purani Mandi.He was accompanied by Ashok Khajuria MLA, Rajni Sethi Prabhari East, Aditi Sharma and Babu Harbans Singh Mehta and many other important functionaries and activists of the party.
Rajesh Gupta, while addressing the people in Prem Nagar said that the recent attacks on the security forces in Kashmir and the utterances of PDP leader that media is responsible for these attacks have thoroughly exposed the true face of the party. PDP has not blamed the Pak sponsored militants but media. Nationalist people of the State are not going to forgive such double speak on the part of the PDP.People of the Kashmir region have come out to vote in large numbers due to the developmental policies of the Modi Government, he added.
Rajesh Gupta, while addressing people in Ware House area said that all the projects of Jammu East are on paper, where as similar projects taken up in Kashmir region have been completed well in time. Gondola project is one such example. Artificial Lake project on river Tawi is nowhere near completion. Large scale corruption and loot is the order of the day in J&K.The priceless heritage of Dogras, Mubarak Mandi project will take ages to complete. If immediate measures are not taken the whole area may dwindle and the priceless heritage of the Dogra Raj would be lost forever. Congress, NC and PDP have been unable to complete any of the projects in the Jammu region in their tenure, he added.
At Rajput Sabha large number of youth participated in the programme. Rajesh Gupta while addressing said that the problem of unemployment has assumed serious proportions in Jammu region. Due to the lack of employment opportunities youth of the region are forced to migrate to other areas of the country, he added.
