UDHAMPUR, June 14: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Pawan Gupta launched the construction work under PMAY (U) scheme in Ward Number 21, here today.
While speaking, MLA gave brief about the scheme to the beneficiaries selected under the scheme.
MLA instructed the authorities concerned to involve more beneficiaries under the scheme so that maximum houseless and needy people of the Udhampur City could get benefit.
“I will also hold discussion with the concerned departments about the implementation of scheme and its progress in the district”, he added.
The members of Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board namely Isha Gupta, Sandeep Sangral and Rajat Gupta also expressed their views.
