JAMMU, Dec 15: The State Government today ordered that Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to Government, Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, will hold additional charge of the post of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal till further orders.
The post of the Chairman, Tribunal had fallen vacant after the retirement of Sonali Kumar on October 31.
The Government also ordered that Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) will also hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director, J&K Housing Board till Shafiq Ahmad Raina is on deputation to the Administrative Training Institute, Mysore.
