Guru Ravi Dass Trust to take out Shobha Yatra on Feb 18

JAMMU, Feb 16: A grand ‘Shobha Yatra’ will be taken out by Shri Guru Ravi Dass S S Trust/ Society J&K, under the aegis of Shri Shri 108 Swami Gurdeep Giri ji Maharaj on Feb 18 ( Sunday). The Shobha Yatra will start from Bari Brahmana at 11.00 am and culminate at Sukhsagar Bhawan, Sikanderpur Kothey Jammu via Bishnah.
While addressing the media persons, CL Banal (Retd IGP), Chairman Shri Guru Ravi Dass S S Trust appealed to the Sangat to participate in the ‘Shobha Yatra’ having colourful Jhankies and advised to Sewadars to maintain discipline during Shobha Yatra.
He disclosed that stalls of eatables, water etc will be arranged by different Sabha’s/Sangat along the route of Shobha Yatra. Welcome gates will be established/ raised by different Sabhas on the way of yatra. The students of different schools are also participating in the Shobha Yatra and refreshment will be given to students and Sangat.
It is worthwhile to mention here that renowned Singer Priya Banga is also participating in the Shobha Yatra and she will sing Bhajans giving message of Amritvani of Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj. Guru ka Langer will be served to among sangat and Shri Shri 108 Swami Gurdeep Giri ji Maharaj will deliver spiritual sermons.

Senior members Joginder Pal, Surinder Devgowda, Baldev Chadgal, Parshotam Thapa, Capt Manohar Lal also accompanied.
