JAMMU, Mar 19: Gurvinder Singh has been appointed as general secretary of District Youth Congress (DYC), Jammu Urban.
A party spokesman said that the appointment has been made by the Pardesh Youth Congress president, Uday Bhanu Chib for further strengthening the organization.
