JAMMU, Apr 22: Governor N N Vohra, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Sub-Section (1) of section 53 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, has summoned the State Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council to meet at Srinagar on May 25 at 11 am.
Under the provision of Section 55(1) of the Constitution of J&K, Governor N N Vohra, has called upon the Members of the J&K Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council to assemble together in the Sher-i- Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC), Srinagar on May 25 to hear his Address.
After the Address, each House of the Legislature will meet as a separate body at the time specified by the respective Presiding Officers.
