JAMMU, Nov 6: Bahu Fort Police booked gym owners for harassing and using derogatory remarks.
As per police sources, Shubam Kumar, son of Romesh Kumar of Domana and Akshay Kumar, son of Bachan Lal of Palli Khurd Bishnah alleging that the owners of Any Time Fitness gym namely Sahil Choudhary and Shashi Abrol abused them because of their caste, harassed them and made derogatory remarks on their caste. The complainants were working as trainers in the said gym.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR Number 280/2022 under relevant Sections of IPC and SC/ST Act has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and hunt has been launched to arrest the owners of the gym.
