SRINAGAR, Jan 6: Mohd Ahsraf Hakak today assumed the charge of Administrator at the Government Medical College (GMC) and Associated Hospitals in Srinagar, following the transfer of Hashmat Ali Yatoo.
Upon his appointment, Hakak was warmly welcomed by delegations comprising doctors, hospital administrators, desk officers, and other staff members associated with GMC and its affiliated hospitals.
The focus of the welcoming reception was on fostering a better understanding of patient care management within the hospital administration’s hierarchy and recognizing the significance of various technical posts for the efficient management of patient care.
Addressing the gathered delegations, the new Administrator expressed his commitment to enhancing patient care standards and cooperation among the hospital staff.
The discussions emphasized the importance of teamwork and effective communication in ensuring prompt and efficient patient care services.
Subsequently, the Administrator paid a courtesy visit to the Principal and Dean of GMC Srinagar, Dr Masood Tanvir.
