Hardeep re-elected as IPTA J&K Unit president

JAMMU, Feb 27: Indian People’s Theatre Association (IPTA) J&K unit organized a conference here.
Dr. Suresh Mehta, District Language Officer, Pathankot and Member State Committee Punjab was the chief guest on this occasion while Rajesh Kumar, Zila Khoj Officer Punjab and general secretary IPTA, Pathankot was the guest of honour and G.S Charak, president Kissan Sabha was special guest on this occasion. Bimlesh Kaur member IPTA was also present on the occasion.
Hardeep Singh Deep, president IPTA, J&K Unit presented a brief report of work done and programmes organized during his tenure and submitted resignation. It was proposed by Swami Antar Nirav that Hardeep Singh Deep should be re-elected as president of IPTA J&K Unit.
Under the supervision of Harjit Singh, Hardeep Singh Deep was unanimously re-elected as president IPTA J&K Unit for next tenure.
Deep included in his team Anil Chopra as chairman; Balvinder Singh Deep as vice president; Ashwani Pradhan, treasurer; Swami Antar Nirav, general secretary; Dr. Kamaldeep Singh and Dr. Gurpreet Kour, secretaries and J.P.S Azad, liaison officer.
A multilingual Mushaira was also organised in which poets Dr. Gurpreet, J.P.S Azad, Saran Star, Balvinder Singh Deep, Jang S. Verman, Swami Antar Nirav, Rajesh Kumar and Harjit Singh Uppal recited their poems.
Vote of thanks was extended by Dr. Kamaldeep Singh.
