JAMMU, May 15: Executive Committee meeting of Kashmiri Pandit Welfare Society Haridwar was held today at Durganagar here under the chairmanship of its president Arjan Nath Bhat which was attended by all the members of the Society.
The welcome address was made by C L Bhat general secretary of the Society. He emphasized the need for working cohesively and requested the members for adhering strictly decency and decorum of the organization.
The agenda of the meeting was discussed which was put before the members by president. It also involved engaging of care- taker for the dharmashalla at Haridwar and president was asked to make the arrangements for the same. The general secretary was asked to assist the president in this regard. The meeting resolved to work for the furtherance and development of the Society.
Subash Chatta, S K Pandita, M L Kaul, Virender Raina, S L Mujoo, D N Kissu, P N Zutshi and B K Wantoo attended the meeting.
