JAMMU, Mar 8: Engineer Rashid today asked the Speaker that has Minister of Higher Education, Mohammed Akbar Lone changed his Party when the Minister left his seat and went to opposition PDP benches and started discussing some point with them.
As Minister was busy in talking with PDP MLAs, Abdul Rehman Veeri, Abdul Gaffar Sofi and Nizam-ud-Din Bhat, engineer Rashid stood up from his chair and pointed towards the Minister asking the Speaker has he changed his Party.
