SUNDERBANI, Aug 21: Ravinder Sharma Ex MLC and senior Congress leader visited Langer-Hathal areas in Sunderbani and listened to public grievances.
He was apprised about the deplorable condition of the building of Govt High School Hathal. It’s building needs immediate repairs and maintenance besides upkeep. The ground needs immediate restoration of the protection wall.
Sharma sought the urgent attention of the authorities and demanded immediate necessary repairs of the school building and protection work of the ground .
He asked the local population especially educated youth to take keen interest in the affairs of the school.
He assured them to take up the issue with the higher education authorities. Several prominent people and educated youth accompanied Sharma,
The people also complained about the highly dilapidated condition of Jhula bridge connecting the school with several villages, which is highly risky to cross over. They demanded sanction of another bridge & early construction to avoid the risk to lives of children and other people.
