MUMBAI : Director Vikramaditya Motwane is all praise for actor Harshvardhan Kapoor, with whom he has collaborated on “Bhavesh Joshi”.
The film’s shooting finally began two months ago after a series of casting hiccups for two years and Motwane could not be happier.
“‘Bhavesh Joshi’ is shaping up very well. I am having a blast shooting with Harshvardhan. He is a very good actor. It is real fun,” the director told PTI.
From his debut “Udaan” to “Bhavesh Joshi’, Motwane has always worked with newcomers.
The filmmaker says lack of experience does create a problem but the freshness these actors bring is exciting.
“The benefit of working with new actors is that they’re very fresh. Yes, you also come with a lack of experience which sometimes is not a very good thing.
“But most of the times there are new ideas and freshness which is very exciting. Like ‘Udaan’ required a newcomer, Bhavesh too have had many lives,” Motwane said. (AGENCIES)
