JAMMU, May 1: High Court today dismissed the bail application of Raj Singh, constable in FSL, presently lodged in District Jail Jammu in the much publicized Amandeep murder case.
Justice Virender Singh observed, “keeping in view the involvement of the petitioner in hatching criminal conspiracy with ballistic expert for swapping bullet recovered from the dead-body of the deceased with another bullet turns out to be a very heinous and grave crime”.
With these observations, Court dismissed the bail application.
