JAMMU, Apr 16: High Court today directed the Health Department to declare the result of Female Multipurpose Health Workers, Male Multipurpose Health Workers and Medical Assistant Course.
The direction was issued in a petition filed by a private institution for nursing and paramedical. In the petition, it has been submitted that pursuant to the directions of the High Court in an application on February 28, 2013, the respondents allowed the students of the petitioner’s institute to participate in the Part-I examination of the paramedical courses. However, the result of the students has not been declared and kept withheld.
After hearing Advocate Nitin Bhasin, Justice Tashi Rabstan disposed of the CMP with the direction to the respondents to declare the result of the students of the Jammu based Institute for the Female Multipurpose Health Workers, Male Multipurpose Health Workers and Medical Assistant Course and consider their cases for their selection, if they are eligible.
