JAMMU, Jan 23: In a petition filed by Talib Ahmed and six others seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to appear in the selection process for the posts of Pharmacists, Justice Hasnain Massodi today issued notice to respondents and directed them that the petitioners shall be permitted to appear in the interview at their own risk.
“This order shall be subject to objections from the other side and may not be taken to determine the petitioners’ eligibility for the advertised post”, High Court said.
