JAMMU, July 7: In a petition challenging the selection list of constables of Poonch District, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal today issued notice to State and others and in meanwhile directed that subject to objections, select list under all the categories shall remain subject to further orders.
During the course of hearing, Advocate Arshad Malik submitted that the candidates were selected on pick and chose manners and liberty was given to the candidates in written test to do cutting in their answer sheets while replying the questions.
“The liberty given by the respondents raise serious question on the written test conducted by the official respondents as it is very easy to manipulate because of liberty”, he said.
