JAMMU, Apr 16: High Court today kept in abeyance the Government order whereby it was ordered that Dr Romesh Singh, Professor Peridonotics Indira Gandhi Government Dental College, Jammu will temporarily look after the work of the post of Principal of the College in addition to his own duties till the post is filled on regular basis.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Dr Parveen Akhter challenging the Government Order No 195-HME of 2013.
After hearing Advocate S K Shukla appearing for the petitioner, Justice Mohd Yaqoob Mir issued notice to respondent returnable within four weeks.
