JAMMU, Apr 8: In the LPAs filed by Chairman Airport Authority of India and Others and Senior Manager Jammu Airport separately, a Division Bench of the J&K and Ladakh High Court comprising Justice Tashi Rabstan and Justice Rajesh Sekhri has ordered that interim directions shall continue till next date of hearing.
In the LPA filed by Chairman Airport Authority of India, the Division Bench vide interim direction has requested the Contempt Court not to pass any coercive orders against the applicants/appellants qua compliance of the judgment passed by the Writ Court.
Similarly, in the LPA filed by Senior Manager Jammu Airport, the DB’s interim direction reads: “order impugned so far as it pertains to land comprising Khasra No.182 situated at Rakh Raipur, Satwari shall remain in abeyance”.
In the LPA filed by Chairman Airport Authority of India, the appellants were represented by DSGI Vishal Sharma and Advocate Yatin Mahajan while as Advocate Karman Singh Johal appeared for the respondents. In the LPA filed by Senior Manager Jammu Airport, the appellants were represented by Advocates Inderjeet Gupta and Yatin while as Jitender Singh vice Advocate Navneet Dubey appeared for the respondents.
