JAMMU, Sept 23: In a petition filed by Santosh Kumar and other General Line Teachers challenging the Govt Order No 7-GAD (camp) of 2014 dated September 17, 2014 whereby transfers and attachments were banned and the orders issued by the School Education Department since September 1 rescinded, Justice Tashi Rabstan today issued notice to Commissioner Secretary GAD, Secretary School Education Department and Director School Education returnable within four weeks.
The Court also directed the respondents to file objections and ordered that subject to objections from other side and till next date of hearing, status-quo with respect to the position of the petitioners on date shall be maintained.
