JAMMU, Apr 16: State High Court today ordered status quo in the Government order regarding cancellation of allotment of halls and shops at Bahu Plaza.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi and Advocate Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioners, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat issued notice, which was accepted by AAG HA Siddiqui for the State through Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department. Advocate Adarsh Sharma accepted notice on behalf of JDA.
The High Court directed the respondents to file objections within two weeks.
