HC Reader suspended for copying

JAMMU, Aug 8: Rukhsar Ahmed, a Reader of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, was today placed under suspension by Registrar General of the High Court, Janak Raj Kotwal.
The suspension order was issued on the directions of J&K High Court Chief Justice MM Kumar, who had instituted an inquiry against Rukhsar Ahmed after he was found copying in Kashmir Judicial Services examination by a team of the Public Service Commission.
Sources said suspension of Rukhsar Ahmed was ordered on the basis of an internal inquiry conducted on the directions of the Chief Justice.
The examination was held in July this year.
