HC restrains respondents from interfering in petitioners’ land

JAMMU, Nov 1: In the petition filed by one Suraj Parkash and his son seeking direction to Revenue Department to demarcate the boundary of Gole and Nandni villages and restraining respondents from interfering in the land owned and possessed by the petitioners, High Court today restrained respondents.
The petitioners submitted that they are in possession of land in Khasra No.111/32 situated at village Nandni and respondent has no right to intrude upon the land of the petitioners without demarcating the boundary line of village Nandni and Gole.
After hearing Advocate LK Sharma appearing for the petitioners, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notice to respondents and directed that till next date they are restrained from interfering in the land of the petitioners.
