JAMMU, Oct 31: High Court today stayed the order of Secretary, School Education Department whereby the officer cancelled the controversial Class IV list.
The order of Secretary School Education Department was challenged by 24 selected candidates seeking its quashment on various grounds.
After hearing Senior Advocate B S Slathia with Advocate Rahul Pant for the petitioners, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat issued notice to the respondents returnable within two weeks and ordered that in the meanwhile status of the petitioners shall be protected and impugned order qua the petitioners shall be stayed.
