JAMMU, June 13: High Court today stayed the common seniority list of Section Officers of all the Head of Departments issued by the General Administration Department.
After hearing Advocate Vikram Sharma appearing for the petitioner, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat issued notice to respondents returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile, subject to objections from other side, court stayed the operation of Government Order No. 471-GAD of 2015 and Communication No GAD (ESTT) M-16/2009-1 dated August 21, 2014.
