JAMMU, Oct 15: High Court today stayed the eviction of former Minister of State for Health Shabir Ahmed Khan from the Government accommodation.
After hearing Senior Advocate BS Salathia with Advocates Meenakshi Salathia and Bhanu Partap Singh Salathia appearing for the petitioner, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey issued notice to the respondents and directed them to file response. In the meanwhile, High Court restrained the respondents from evicting Shabir Ahmed Khan from Govt Quarter No 34-B, Gandhi Nagar.
