JAMMU, Jan 4: State High Court has restrained J&K Medical Supplies Corporation from finalizing the tendering process for procurement of medicines.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Pardeep Mahendru, who challenged the same on various grounds.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat issued notice to the respondents returnable within 4 weeks.
In the meanwhile, subject to the objections from other side and till next date before the Bench, respondents will be at liberty to go ahead with the tendering process but will not finalize the same, the High Court directed.
