JAMMU, June 21: Vacation Judge of the State High Court, Justice B L Bhat today stayed the promotion of nine Senior Assistants.
The order was passed in a petition filed by Joginder Singh and others, who are Junior Assistants confirmed with effect from January 1, 1999 and aggrieved with promotion of nine private respondents as Senior Assistants/ Auditors.
